I am very appreciative that Ryan, Paul, and your support and development teams worked hard on solving the EMV issue explained in [my support ticket]. In my position, I have to deal with [larger enterprises] on a daily basis. I can, without reservation, state that no vendor/partner rolls up its sleeves to solve problems like ECRS does. Even when issues did not come about because of ECRS, like this EMV pin-debit issue, you still work to find resolutions for our company. Please let Pete know that your effort is always appreciated!

One of our terminals went down around 5 pm the evening before Thanksgiving (it was SUPER busy). I submitted a ticket and received a phone call within 5 minutes. You have been extremely helpful in implementing the new kitchen-printer functionality at our store. This has resulted in very significant labor savings for us, and has made everyone in our DELI staff DELIGHTED. Our general manager is also pleased with the improvement in efficiency of operations. Matt also was instrumental in adding on to the basic functionality the additional ability to use a cashier-prompt to enter the Customer-Name to print on kitchen tickets. This is a godsend in our member-focused-coop environment. Kudos for your extra efforts – thanks!
Michael and the other techs did a great job following up on the issue and keeping us informed of the progress. We were able to save the computer from a complete reload after trying a suggestion I had of a restore point.
