Employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS)
The Employee Net Promoter Score (or eNPS) is a metric used to measure employee engagement and loyalty towards a business. In a recent poll of over 150 ECRS employee respondents, ECRS earned an employee net promoter score of 51. A score between 10-30 is considered “good” while anything near 50 is “excellent.”

ECRS provides health benefits to you and your family at a low cost to the employee, life insurance at no cost to the employee, and Health Savings Account contributions to employees enrolled in the ECRS health insurance plan. Health Savings Account is a tax-exempt account set up with a bank of your choice to reimburse various medical expenses. ECRS contributes half of your deductible each year, tax free to you.
