Boone, NC: ECRS announces the successful launch of its unified transaction platform, CATAPULT®, in all 22 stores of North State Grocery, Inc. dba Holiday Market and SAV•MOR Foods. This transition occurred with record breaking speed during a pandemic.
Initiated in early March, the installation project was completed at each of their 22 locations within seven months. The transformation focused on five key implementations including POS roll-out and fully implementing LoyaltyBot®. The installation also included self-checkout, Flex Market® kiosks, and provided a fuel integration. In the near future, there will be additional product adoptions of CATAPULT WebCart™ and Mobile Scan & Go.

The CATAPULT POS system allows retailers to have one common set of transactional business logic across all customer touchpoints so everything is in sync. This allows the grocer to adapt to customer and business needs faster and with minimal effort rather than relying on multiple third-party integrations that do not work well together.
