ECRS Highlights Joseph’s Classic Market Loyalty Program Built on CATAPULT®

Palm Beach Gardens, FL – May 20, 2026 – ECRS is proud to partner with Joseph’s Classic Market as the family-owned gourmet grocer launches the Joseph’s Loyalty Program, a customer rewards initiative designed to deepen relationships with loyal shoppers while preserving the hospitality‑first experience the brand is known for.

Powered by ECRS’ CATAPULT® unified transaction platform, the Joseph’s Loyalty Program was implemented quickly and seamlessly across all four store locations, giving shoppers an easy way to earn rewards while providing Joseph’s with the tools needed to engage customers more personally.

Bringing Personalized Rewards to a Hospitality Driven Brand

The program allows members to earn one point for every dollar spent on eligible purchases, with points redeemable for rewards. Customers can enroll in‑store using a phone number, or online, eliminating friction at checkout and ensuring fast adoption. Members also receive personalized offers and exclusive promotions throughout the year.

Since launching earlier this year, the loyalty program has seen encouraging early adoption and positive customer feedback. Shoppers have embraced the opportunity to earn rewards while continuing to enjoy the products and service they trust.
