ECRS® Empowers CATAPULT® Users with High-Powered AI Chat Assistant

Boone, NC — November 18, 2025 — ECRS, is thrilled to announce the addition of a cutting-edge AI chat assistant to ECRS Docs, the documentation platform for the CATAPULT product suite. This powerful tool improves the sophistication of interactivity between CATAPULT users and ECRS Docs, facilitating highly responsive, accurate answers to the pressing questions customers have about ECRS products.

With the new AI assistant, users benefit from tiered responses to their questions, enabling more natural, conversational interactions than traditional search. Prompts are responded with a simple, concise answer first, followed by an exhaustive description supported by contextualizing examples and links to the source articles. The AI chat assistant also features actionable, context-aware prompts that enable users to clarify follow-up questions based on additional identified content.
