This integration enables independent retailers using ECRS’ CATAPULT® Retail POS software suite seamless in-store redemption of supplemental benefits for Medicare Advantage members across major health plans such as Anthem and Aetna.
Independent retailer, Marc Glassman Inc., has already embraced the integration, with all 60 of their stores having gone live in June. The integration allows eligible benefits—including Over-the-Counter (OTC) items, groceries, rewards, and Flex categories like dental, vision, and hearing—to be processed in real time. With direct item-level eligibility verification, CATAPULT ensures a smooth and accurate checkout experience for both retailers and members.
The NationsBenefits member app also features a Store Lookup tool, helping members discover participating CATAPULT retailer locations—driving additional net new revenue from new traffic and repeat visits.
