Employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS)

The Employee Net Promoter Score (or eNPS) is a metric used to measure employee engagement and loyalty towards a business. In a recent poll of over 170 ECRS employee respondents, ECRS earned an employee net promoter score of 60. A score between 10-30 is considered “good” while anything near 50 is “excellent.”

Health Savings Account is a tax-exempt account set up with a bank of your choice to reimburse various medical expenses. ECRS contributes half of your deductible each year, tax free to you.
