  • ✨ Part Two of Jessica's Adventure! ✨ Jessica then ventured to California and her first stop there was a natural foods store with everything from groceries to smoothies. She obviously had to try a smoothie, it was a 10/10! Then they discussed inventory best practices with their IT staff and of course, invited them to Ignite. Lastly, she toured a local market and café, discussing streamlining their ordering system. They even expressed how excited they are about their new counter service bakery opening next year and that they plan to use CATAPULT®. Jessica can’t wait to see their new location and taste their pastries and coffee! Jessica’s trip was an incredible opportunity to connect with our CATAPULT community members from New Mexico to California!   • Jessica kicked off her journey visiting our amazing CATAPULT® community members at a Coop Headquarters in Albuquerque, NM. Before heading there, she grabbed some snacks and met with the IT Director, Web Applications Manager, and CEO. We chatted about their upcoming move and exciting remodeling plans to a few of their locations to make room for QuickCheck®. Jessica then toured their busiest location, shadowed an employee amidst nonstop foot traffic. They really weren’t kidding about it being their busiest location! And guess what? They’re sending a team to Ignite 2025 for CATAPULT training, we can’t wait to see them there! Jessica’s second stop was at a local food mart where she met enthusiastic employees excited about their new store opening in the Summer of 2026. They discussed hardware needs, visited their wine store, and snapped some great pictures. Next, she traveled to a local hidden gem. This store is near a bustling research lab and it was certainly a hot spot, especially for the lab employees nearby. They love to grab lunch there, especially since this store has a hot bar.
